Cancellation policy
Deposits must be paid automatically according to the payment schedule. At least 2 days before the planned dates, we will send reminders about the necessity to make payments to the e-mail address provided in the reservation. All payments made are non-refundable. In case of non-payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
