The heart of our wet zone is our hotel pool with a depth of 1.20 m featuring a counter-current, hydromassage, and water jets.
Right next to it is a paddling pool for the youngest with a depth of 0.40 m. Our vitality pool is a place for people for whom relaxation is inseparably connected with water. Water relaxes and soothes muscle tension, reduces stress, improves circulation, and ensures better sleep.
Dry sauna, also known as Finnish sauna, is a traditional and the most popular type of sauna.
The high temperature (around 80-90 degrees) maintained in the sauna causes intense sweating, making it an excellent method for detoxifying the entire body. Additionally, it relaxes muscles, cleanses the skin, improves circulation, and not only relaxes but also supports the immune system due to the increased production of white blood cells activated in response to the high temperature.
Dry sauna combined with a pool helps to relax and contributes to improving sleep quality.
Regular sauna use is especially recommended during autumn and winter periods as a natural support for our body.
Of course, the sauna area cannot be without a wet sauna. The wet sauna, also known as a steam bath, differs from the traditional dry sauna in that its humidity is much higher. In the wet sauna, the air is saturated with water vapor, creating a more humid and hot environment.
You should not enter the wet sauna even with a towel, as it will become damp after just a few minutes. For comparison, the humidity in a dry sauna is low, about 10%, while in a wet sauna it is over 50%.
The temperature in the wet sauna is usually lower than in the dry sauna, around 40-60 degrees Celsius. The high humidity makes you feel warmth more intensely despite the lower temperature. The wet sauna affects the body by inducing intense sweating, which helps to cleanse the skin pores and remove toxins.
The moist air also positively affects the respiratory tract and may alleviate respiratory problems. Similar to the dry sauna, using the wet sauna can contribute to muscle relaxation and stress reduction.
